We are a young hotel group with dynamic employees. They are used to getting involved, linked and working flexibly. All outdated handover lists could be eliminated and, believe it or not, 25 new employee’s ideas were discussed and implemented in the first few months. Another benefit for us is that we can collect and optimize information as well as working processes of all departments and use them for new hotel projects. The new app enables us to observe the scene spontaneously and assign tasks directly with photos from the smartphone.

The whole interior was created by the star designer Karim Rashid from New York. The concept is clearly focused: prizeotel is an exclusive specially designed hotel product to an affordable price with the charme of a private hotel as well as an unique corporate culture with flat hierarchies and independently working employees.
